About Travis Raciti

Travis Raciti brings a builder’s eye, an investor’s mindset, and a relentless work ethic to multifamily real estate throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

An East Bay native and San Jose State graduate, Travis took an unconventional path into commercial real estate—one that included time in the NFL, teaching as a professor at Diablo Valley College, and founding Wildcat Construction, a Bay Area general contracting company he continues to lead today. Through construction, Travis developed lasting relationships with property owners and a firsthand understanding of what creates, preserves, and unlocks value in real estate; experience that ultimately led him to multifamily investment sales.

Today, Travis specializes in the acquisition and disposition of multifamily investment properties while also assisting clients with 1031 exchanges, NNN acquisitions, and select investment and residential transactions. His construction background allows him to evaluate opportunities from a perspective that extends beyond the numbers, with an understanding of the property itself, its potential, and the factors that can impact an investor’s bottom line. In the past year alone, Travis closed five multifamily buildings representing 29 units, along with two single-family residences, totaling $6.4 million in sales.

Described by clients as someone who “just gets it done,” Travis provides hands-on, detail-oriented representation from the first conversation through closing. He genuinely enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping clients make informed real estate decisions—whether they're selling a longtime family-owned property, expanding an investment portfolio, or making their first multifamily investment.
